On Friday, the Wheatmore Warriors made easy work of the Gray Stone Day Knights  and carried off  a  15-3 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Warriors.
 Bella Dill made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out seven batters over  five innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   seven  hits (and only one walk). Dill was also big at the plate,  scoring two  runs while going 2-for-3.
 In other batting news, Wheatmore got a  massive  performance out of  Kyndal Kindley, who  scored three  runs and  stole five bases while going 2-for-3.  Savannah Heiney was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with four  RBI, one  run,  and one  double.
 Wheatmore was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .391. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .333 or higher every time they've taken the field this season.
Wheatmore now  has a winning record of 2-1. As for Gray Stone Day, their  loss was their first of the  season and also makes their record 2-1.
 Coming up, Wheatmore will head out to  challenge Southeast Guilford  at 6:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Gray Stone Day, they will host Montgomery Central  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
