There's no place like home for The Ponderosa Bruins, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They strolled past Lincoln with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 32-14. The win was just what Ponderosa needed coming off of a 41-14 loss in their prior game.
Ponderosa's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Lincoln, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their overall record down to 1-8.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ponderosa will challenge Nevada Union at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lincoln, they will head out on the road to face off against West Park at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. West Park presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Lincoln in California (West Park is ranked 174th, while Lincoln is ranked 736th).
