Acadiana Home School Athletics extended their road winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Leo Mader. The Commandos skirted past the NELA Christian Homeschool Flame 3-2 for which the team can thank Mader, who had 26 kills, eight digs, and six aces. He is on a roll when it comes to kills, as he's now had five or more in each of the last 15 games he's played.

Acadiana Home School Athletics took NELA Christian Homeschool into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-21, 25-17, 17-25, 15-10.

Acadiana Home School Athletics' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Elijah Chopin, who had seven kills and two aces. That's the most kills Chopin has posted over his last six matchups. Another player making a difference was Nathan Mayeux, who had 15 assists and four aces.

They weren't the only good servers: Acadiana Home School Athletics was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 20 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 16 consecutive contests.

Acadiana Home School Athletics' record now sits at 12-6. As for NELA Christian Homeschool, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 12-1.

Acadiana Home School Athletics wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Midstate Homeschool on the 7th. NELA Christian Homeschool does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
