They had to suffer through a rough 60-29 loss at the hands of Parkview Christian Academy. Trinity Oaks Christian Academy found out winning isn't easy when you don't work as a unit and post ten fewer assists than your opponent.
Despite the loss, Trinity Oaks Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: Reagan T scored 6 points along with 3 steals. Another player making a difference was Collin K, who scored 5 points.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Parkview Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than James Jefferson, who scored 8 points along with 9 rebounds and 4 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Malkowski, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 10 rebounds.
Trinity Oaks Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Parkview Christian Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-2.
Trinity Oaks Christian Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Christian Liberty at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Parkview Christian Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Faith Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
