Riverside found their leader in freshman Brynn Seamann, who had eight digs and three aces.
High Plains' defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Riverside, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
