The Orland Trojans posted their closest victory yet this season on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Shasta and snuck past 52-49. The win was nothing new for Orland as they're now sitting on three straight.
Jayden Thompson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 23 points. Another player making a difference was Khalil Coley, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds.
Orland's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-8. As for Shasta, their loss dropped their record down to 12-11.
Orland will head out on the road to face off against Gridley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shasta, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Chico at 7:30 p.m.
