Bishop Kearney posted their biggest win since February 3rd on Friday. They put the hurt on the Troy Trojans with a sharp 71-47 victory. The Kings' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Troy still got an impressive performance from Kailyn Sterling, who went 6 of 10 on her way to 13 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Gloria Andrews, who posted nine points.

The win was the third in a row for Bishop Kearney, bringing their record for this year to 3-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.0 points per game. As for Troy, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-2.

Bishop Kearney will challenge Williamsville South at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Bishop Kearney has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Troy and North Rockland will round out the year against one another at at 2:45 p.m. on Sunday.
