Mattamuskeet fell to Cape Hatteras 46-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Perquimans made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 11,613 from 11,953. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 36-12 victory over Columbia last week.
Matt Fenz was a key player and the best on defense this week as Manteo beat Creswell. The 6-foot-2 sophomore pulled down 1 interception.
Hatcher Shiflet was a passing and rushing force as the Redskins bested the Tigers.
Brandon Furdek was the best wideout in 1A Conference 10 this week as Manteo topped Creswell. Furdek racked up 1 reception for 31 yards.
The leading receiver in the league this season is Christian Latham. The Camden County star has 24 catches for 471 yards.
Eddie Twyne's team's Roy Bryant needs only 63 yards against Northside next week to surpass 1,000 rushing yards for the season. Bryant has rushed for 937 yards on 63 carries so far this year.
An important game coming up in the league this week will be when Plymouth takes on Wayne Rodgers' team. The Vikings are currently in first, while the Tigers are in eighth.
Plymouth led the league in scoring this week by notching 48 points on Gates County. Malik Webb threw for 46 yards and ran for 82 yards in the win.
