Several Lakers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Cormac Springsteel, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Springsteel has been hot, having posted ten or more boards the last five times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Anders Koijane, who posted 14 points.
Tommy Williams was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 32 points and 13 assists for Incline. The dominant performance gave Williams a new career-high in assists. Jayden Abbate was another key player, going 7 for 9 en route to 19 points and six rebounds.
North Tahoe's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-6. As for Incline, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 10-5.
North Tahoe wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 67-31 win against Oasis Academy on the 17th. Incline has also already played their next matchup, a 70-33 victory against Sierra Lutheran on the 16th.
