Crosspoint Christian's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their third straight defeat. They took a 56-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of St. Louis Christian HomeSchool K.
Crosspoint Christian lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being James Murray, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds. Murray hasn't dropped below ten rebounds for seven straight games. Another player making a difference was Colton Stroup, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds.
Crosspoint Christian dropped their record down to 8-10 with that loss, which was their fourth straight at home. As for St. Louis Christian HomeSchool K, their victory bumped their record up to 2-6.
Crosspoint Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against the Warrior at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Heritage Academy comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for St. Louis Christian HomeSchool K, they will face off against the Chargers at 11:30 a.m. on Friday.
