Lowell came tearing into Friday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.3 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Greenville Yellow Jackets get on the board and left with an 8-0 win. Lowell might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by four goals or more this season.

Lowell's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-1-1. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three contests. As for Greenville, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lowell will venture away from home to square off against Coopersville at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Greenville, they will head out to face off against Cedar Springs at 6:45 p.m. on Monday.
