 At the plate,  Kyle Latham was  excellent,  scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of  Case Griffin, who  went 2-for-3 with two  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Palm Beach Central fell victim to Dr. Joaquin Garcia and their airtight pitching crew  on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of  1-0. The  contest marked the first time this year in which Palm Beach Central was not able to get on the board.
  Charlie Houd was a  force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out seven over seven innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in eight consecutive pitching appearances.
 Seminole Ridge's win bumped their record up to 12-13. As for Palm Beach Central,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 13-11.
