Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Milan Bulldogs, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They had to suffer through a rough 49-20 loss at the hands of Huntingdon. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Milan in their matchups with Huntingdon: they've now lost four in a row.
Huntingdon was led to victory by Brady Warbritton and Ashton Hutcherson. Warbritton gained 157 total yards and three touchdowns, while Hutcherson rushed for 119 yards and three touchdowns.
Milan's defeat dropped their record down to 9-3. As for Huntingdon, the victory was the 11th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-1.
Milan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Huntingdon will look to defend their home field on Friday against Riverside at 7:00 p.m. Riverside is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
