The Dallas Dragons will head out to face off against the McNary Celtics at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
McNary will be up against a hot Dallas team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. The Dragons never let Lebanon get on the board and left with a 16-0 victory on Monday. The Dragons' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Madi Ruman was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 12 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, firing off two home runs and three RBI while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Harlow Nelson, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and four RBI. Those four runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Woods, who got on base in three of her four plate appearances with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.
Dallas always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .588. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lebanon only posted an OBP of .143.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for McNary, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They put the hurt on South Salem with a sharp 15-0 win on Friday. The Celtics haven't had any issues with the Saxons recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.
McNary's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-6. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 17.0 runs over those games. As for Dallas, their record is now 17-7.
Dallas came out on top in a nail-biter against McNary when the teams last played back in March of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
