On Thursday, Eastern Randolph earned a  48-35 victory over Southern Lee.
 Leading Eastern Randolph to victory were  Ziera Watson and  Kenly Whitaker.  Watson  scored 14 points along with 4  steals, while  Whitaker  scored 18 points along with 6  rebounds and 3  steals. The  game was  Whitaker's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Cordylia Randall, who  scored 4 points along with 4  steals.
 Eastern Randolph's win bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Southern Lee, they  still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
 Eastern Randolph will be playing in front of their home fans against Chatham Charter at 6:30  p.m.  on Friday. Hopefully Chatham Charter focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 14 on Tuesday. As for Southern Lee, they will head out on the road to face off against Richmond at 6:00  p.m.  on Monday. Richmond will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive.
