While Durant put up some runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Shawnee. The Lions put the hurt on the Wolves with a sharp 10-0 win. The Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten matchups by six runs or more this season.

Durant's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-12. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Shawnee, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-25.

Durant does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Shawnee, they will square off against Collinsville at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Cardinals' pitching crew has only allowed 3.6 runs per game this season, so the Wolves' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
