While Greenhills's victory against Gabriel Richard wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Gryphons skirted past the Fighting Irish 6-4. Winning may never get old, but the Gryphons sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Talen Pilz was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single hit in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases.

In other pitching news, Charlie Rich looked comfortable as he pitched 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.

Back at the plate, the team relied heavily on Jeremiah Bowman, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one run, one double, and one RBI.
