Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Julia Meyer stepped things up a notch to give Jac-Cen-Del the 'W'. Meyer did her part (and then some), dropping a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds in the 49-37 victory.
Meyer and Jac-Cen-Del will head out on the road to take on Southwestern at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meyer has dominated as far as rebounds are concerned (she's averaged 8.4 per game this season), but she's got her work cut out for her considering Southwestern has only allowed 11.57 per game this season.
