The Sparta Academy Warriors lost against the Escambia Academy Cougars back in November, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. Sparta Academy was beaten by Escambia Academy 83-31. Sparta Academy has not had much luck with Escambia Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Despite the loss, Sparta Academy still got an impressive performance from Logan Robinson, who scored 15 points. Robinson scored a full 48.4% of Sparta Academy's points, the eighth time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Sparta Academy has been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Escambia Academy, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.
Sparta Academy will be playing at home against Monroe Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Escambia Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Varsity Opponent at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
