Sammamish is a perfect 9-0 against Foster since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The RedHawks will be playing at home against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. The timing is sure in Sammamish's favor as the team sits on four straight wins at home while Foster has been banged up by 13 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.

On Wednesday, Sammamish earned a 6-1 win over Highline. The RedHawks haven't had any issues with the Pirates recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Reid Baum made a big impact no matter where he played. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one hit in four consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Kolin Jaster was a standout: he got on base in three of his four plate appearances with four stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Lincoln Castillo, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three stolen bases and one run.

Meanwhile, Foster fell victim to Cedarcrest and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 22-0 to the Red Wolves.

Sammamish's win bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Foster, their loss dropped their record down to 0-12.

Foster's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Sammamish has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .453. It's a different story for Foster, though, as they've only averaged .344. Will they be able to contain Sammamish's hitters?

Everything went Sammamish's way against Foster in their previous meeting back in March, as Sammamish made off with a 15-0 victory. Will the RedHawks repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
