The Field Falcons scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They blew past Independence 65-23 at home. The win was nothing new for Field as they're now sitting on three straight.
It was another big night for Delilah Rahe, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. The contest was her 14th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Ally Harlin, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and five assists.
Field's win bumped their record up to 8-6. As for Independence, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-7.
Field won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Ravenna at 7:00 p.m. on January 9th. As for Independence, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Brooklyn at 6:00 p.m. Brooklyn has now lost nine straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 27.
