The Kennedy Catholic Lancers won the last time they faced the Federal Way Eagles, and things went their way on Thursday too. Kennedy Catholic took down the Eagles 36-22.
Kennedy Catholic was led to victory by Paige Nadarski and Addie McDonough. Nadarski scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and six steals, while McDonough dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points McDonough has scored all season. Riley Burns was another key contributor, scoring four points along with six rebounds and two blocks.
Kennedy Catholic's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Federal Way, their loss dropped their record down to 2-15.
Kennedy Catholic will head out on the road to square off against the Wolves on Saturday. Hopefully South Kitsap focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Saturday. Federal Way does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
