The Rockets pulled ahead on a
Prince Franklin touchdown run, and subsequently went into halftime leading 7-0. The Blue Devils scored the winning points with a touchdown run by
Jake Reckard that came in the third quarter.
The defeat comes as a step back for Streetsboro, which notched a 40-7 victory over Champion in its previous outing.
In a non-conference game next week Streetsboro (1-1) takes on Youngstown Christian, and McDonald (2-0) will go up against Cuyahoga Heights also in a non-conference game.
