Last Friday, Bluff City was fully in charge, breezing past Raleigh-Egypt 48-17 on the road.
Among those leading the charge was Lakeva Applewhite, who scored 22 points along with 7 rebounds and 3 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Bluff City's points. Asya Wood was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with 5 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Memphis Academy of Science and Engineering came up short against Douglass back in November and fell 38-28.
Lausanne Collegiate's win bumped their season record to 0-0 while Bluff City's defeat dropped theirs to 0-1.
