This season hasn't been kind to the South Bison, who are still winless after their 14th match. They took a 67-53 bruising from Campbell County on Friday. South lost against the Camels in their previous head to head back in February of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was much wider than the 102-51 score last time.
It was another big night for Lane Hladky, who scored 25 points along with seven rebounds and two steals for Campbell County. Hladky is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 17 or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Rylan Robertson, who scored 12 points along with two steals.
South dropped their record down to 0-14 with that defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Campbell County, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-10.
