Parkside has struggled against Bennett recently, as their match on Wednesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Bennett was led to victory by Zakai Smullen and Jace Hudson. Smullen dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds, while Hudson scored 31 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. The match was Hudson's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Wes(charlie) Moss was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with seven rebounds.
Parkside's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Bennett, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
