While Ouachita's win against Centerpoint wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Ouachita Warriors had just enough and edged out the Centerpoint Knights 6-5 on Saturday. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Ouachita pushed their record up to 4-3 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Centerpoint, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Ouachita will host Bismarck at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Ouachita is facing Bismarck at the right time seeing as Bismarck is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Centerpoint, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 16-7 victory against Jessieville on the 15th.
