After each having a week off, The Silverdale Academy Seahawks and the Grace Christian Academy Rams will shake off the cobwebs and take on one another at 7:00 p.m. on October 20th. Silverdale Academy is out to stop a four-game streak of losses at home.
Silverdale Academy was not the first on the board two weeks ago, but they got there more often. They were the clear victor by a 42-21 margin over Signal Mountain.
Silverdale Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caleb Greco, who rushed for 134 yards and a touchdown. Another player making a difference was Connor Jenne, who threw for 93 yards and two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 47 points the game before, Grace Christian Academy were a bit more limited in their game two weeks ago. They had to suffer through a rough 42-9 loss at the hands of Webb. Grace Christian Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-3.
Silverdale Academy's win bumped their season record to 2-6 while Grace Christian Academy's defeat dropped theirs to 3-5.
