 In other batting news,  Layla White was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing three bases while going 1-for-3. Another player making a difference was  Kylee Parks, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Sisters' loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for La Pine, they now  have a winning record of 6-5-1.
 While Sisters had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 3:00  p.m.  on Friday.
