Sadly, the Summit International Prep Skyhawks are still looking for their first win of the season after five matchups. Their rough 7-0 loss to Ranchview on Friday might stick with them for a while. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Summit International Prep of the 11-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2023.
Summit International Prep's season is starting to look like last year's as the team currently sits at an 0-5 record this season. As for Ranchview, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-5-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Summit International Prep will challenge Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Summit International Prep's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Ranchview, they will head out on the road to face off against Williams Prep at 11:15 a.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Williams Prep's favor is that they have posted big goal totals in their last three matches.
