They were a single  set away from ending the streak, but they lost  a   3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Enfield Eagles. The Panthers were not able to make up for their  loss to the Eagles from their previous meeting  back in September of 2024.
 Edwin O. Smith actually scored more points across those five sets (103-100), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-20, 14-25, 27-25,  15-8.
  Anna Lor went supernova For Enfield.,  getting 22  digs and two  aces. That's the most  aces  Lor has posted since back in September.  Sam Hart was another key player,  getting 17  digs.
Edwin O. Smith's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Enfield,  the  victory made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 5-10.
