 The  victory  got St. John's back to even at 1-1. As for Jefferson, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. John's will  take on Shawnee at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday. As for Jefferson, they will head out on the road to  challenge  Parkway at 11:00  a.m.  on Saturday.
