Campbell Lunsford was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in strikeouts (five). She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two RBI.
In other batting news, Faith Tetrick was excellent, going 1-for-4 with three RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024.
