It was a good run, but The Palm Beach Gardens Gators unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Thursday. Their tough 42-20 loss to Jupiter might stick with them for a while. Palm Beach Gardens was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Jupiter apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2022.
Luke Douglas was his usual excellent self, rushing for 80 yards and three touchdowns, while also throwing for 187 yards and a touchdown.
Palm Beach Gardens' loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Jupiter, their win was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 8-1.
Palm Beach Gardens will square off against Park Vista at 6:30 p.m. on November 3rd. Park Vista will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 321st, while Palm Beach Gardens is ranked 111th). As for Jupiter, they will be playing at home against South Fork at 6:30 p.m. on November 3rd.
