While Holy Trinity's win against Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Tigers narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Ravens 11-10. The Tigers haven't had any issues with the Ravens recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Holy Trinity let Mar'Kianna Mickles and Nayanah Mahone run wild. Mickles scored two runs while going 3-for-3, while Mahone scored two runs while going 2-for-2. Another player making a difference was Angelina Mora, who scored two runs while going 2-for-2.

The victory got Holy Trinity back to even at 1-1. As for Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Holy Trinity will head out to take on Butler at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Horizon Science Academy McKinley Park at 4:30 p.m. on the 22nd.
