After flying high against the Berry Wildcats on Tuesday, the Lynn Bears came back down to earth. Lynn lost to Addison on the road by a decisive 80-64 margin on Thursday. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
When it comes to explaining why Lynn lost, one person who can't be blamed is Dylan Dunagan. Despite the final result, he scored 19 points along with 5 assists. Another player making a difference was Braylen Roberts, who scored 8 points along with 8 rebounds.
Lynn's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Addison, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Lynn will be playing in front of their home fans against Brilliant at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Brilliant is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Addison, they will head out on the road to face off against Falkville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Falkville is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home.
