 On the hitting side,  Kierney Weigle was a standout: she went 3-for-5 with four  runs, three  RBI,  and one  double. Those  four  runs gave  her a new career-high.  Paige Slaybaugh was another key player,  going 3-for-5 with four  RBI, one  stolen base,  and one  run.
 Biglerville  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .538. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fairfield only posted  an  OBP of  .385.
Biglerville pushed their record up to 11-4 with the  win, which was their third straight  on the road. The  road  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Fairfield, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-12 record  this season.
