The biggest upset of the week belonged to Macon, who defeated 82nd ranked Centralia, 9-7. Craig Smith threw for 160 yards and 1 touchdown during the win.
Palmyra added to the longest winning streak in Clarence Cannon this week by beating Bowling Green, 28-0. The victory was the 12th in a row for the team.
Brett Threlkeld was a passing and rushing force as South Shelby defeated Knox County. He completed 3 passes for 35 yards and also ran for 130 yards. Threlkeld's key target this week was Adam Ellyson, who caught 2 passes for 16 yards.
Trace Windsor was the best running back in the league this week. He ran for 145 yards on 14 carries as the Cardinals beat the Panthers. Threlkeld also contributed to the rushing game with 130 yards on the ground.
Macon's Smith and Brendan Watts led the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-3 quarterback Smith has thrown for 1,859 yards this season, while Watts has 49 catches for 1,066 yards. South Shelby's Windsor leads the league in rushing yards with 1,344.
Rob Wilt's team took down the Eagles 42-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Threlkeld in the win.
