Riverdale Ridge was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight  loss. They were a single  set away from ending the streak, but they lost  a   3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Boulder Panthers. The Ravens were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Panthers earlier this season, when they won  3-2.
 Riverdale Ridge took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 21-25, 25-21, 15-25, 25-23,  15-7.
 Sienna Osborne paced Riverdale Ridge's offense, picking up 11 kills. Osborne got some help from  Veronica Lear and her 25 assists. Lear was also solid from the service line:  she led the team with two aces.
Riverdale Ridge's record is now 5-14. As for Boulder, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-13 record  this season.
 Riverdale Ridge didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  2-0  win against Pueblo Centennial on the 1st. Boulder does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
