The South Bulldogs stacked a fourth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They breezed by West at home to the tune of 65-32. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory South has managed all season.
South got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Lajames Washington out in front who scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maurice Mccall, who scored 16 points.
The victory (which was South's third in a row) raised their record to 9-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.0 points per game. As for West, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-8 record this season.
South will head out on the road to challenge Eastmoor Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The timing isn't great for Eastmoor Academy: they have been struggling with four straight losses at home, while South has snatched up three consecutive wins on the road. West will take on Briggs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
