After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Shelbyville Central, The Tullahoma Wildcats were happy to have found some success on Friday. They didn't even let Nolensville onto the board and left with a 10-0 win. This was payback for Tullahoma, who suffered a 15-14 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Tullahoma's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB four times. The heavy lifting was done by Ezra Myers and Colby Tucker who racked up four sacks between them.
Tullahoma's victory was their fourth straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 8-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 30.5 points per game. As for Nolensville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-3.
Tullahoma will head out on the road to face off against Page at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Page will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak. Nolensville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
