Big Game from Aldretti As Walsenburg Won 46-0
Starting off the list is Walsenburg's Giovanni Aldretti, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Aldretti rushed for 287 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 15.9 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 65 yards.
This season, Aldretti has averaged 17.3 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 68.14 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 200.71 rushing yards.

If history really does repeat itself, Sandoval might just drop another big game when he faces off against Custer County on Saturday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Sandoval saw the Bobcats), he rushed for 166 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries.

On the season, Torres has run in 4 touchdowns while averaging 72.3 rushing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after seven games last season, he had one rushing touchdown.
