Considering the Screaming Eagles' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
Abel Acosta was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Acosta was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Parkview Christian Academy has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.4 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Families of Faith Christian Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 3.8 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Parkview Christian Academy took their win against Families of Faith Christian Academy when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 13-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
