Memorial is a perfect 9-0 against Independence since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Warriors will be playing at home against the Knights at 6:00 p.m. Memorial is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.1 runs per game this season.
The home team had come away the winner the last four times Memorial and Heritage had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Warriors put the hurt on the Coyotes with a sharp 19-3 victory on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Warriors in their matchups with the Coyotes: they've now won three in a row.

In other batting news, Caiden Coleman was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances. That's the most runs she has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Reese Carillo, who scored three runs while going 1-for-4.
Memorial kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 8-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Independence saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Stormy DANIEL, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. Kamryn BLOODWORTH also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Independence's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Memorial hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .341. It's a different story for Independence, though, as they've only averaged .229. Will they be able to contain Memorial's hitters?
Memorial took their win against Independence in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 8-1 score. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
