Sheldon won the last time they faced Monterey Trail and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Huskies came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of 23-15.
Sheldon found their leader in sophomore Saniah Wiley, who threw for 255 yards and two TDs, and also rushed for 36 yards and one touchdown.

The Huskies will take on Franklin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (90 vs. 446). Meanwhile, Monterey Trail (ranked 119th) will meet Cosumnes Oaks (ranked 345th) at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Mustangs 14.8, the Wolfpack 14.5) so any points scored will be well earned.
