Braxton Brady had a dynamite game, rushing for 192 yards and four scores on only 12 carries, while also picking up 54 receiving yards and one touchdown. Those 192 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Pallotti was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 294 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Archbishop Curley's game on Friday was all tied up 6-6 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 20-13 victory over Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The Friars haven't had any issues with the Cougars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Pallotti better keep an eye on Mike Cutchember. He was instrumental in Archbishop Curley's win, rushing for 117 yards and one TD.
Archbishop Curley didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Parker Giannelli, Bailen Boutz, and Cody Rice picked up one apiece.
Pallotti's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Archbishop Curley, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.
Things could have been worse for Pallotti, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 21-7 loss to Archbishop Curley in their previous matchup back in November of 2024.
