Fans got a thrill when Trent McIntyre and Tre McIntyre connected against Pleasant. The connection went for 77 yards, the longest such play in Ohio Heritage this season.
Mechanicsburg was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from seventh to fifth in the league. Earlier in the week, the Indians defeated Fairbanks 27-14.
Triad's dynamic duo of McIntyre and McIntyre proved to be unstoppable against the Spartans, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. McIntyre threw for 416 yards and 3 touchdowns and McIntyre had 207 yards receiving. Steven Feasel helped Triad's passing attack out by catching 6 balls for 104 yards.
The Cardinals' dynamic duo of McIntyre and McIntyre proved tough for Pleasant to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
He went 24-40 with 1 interceptions.
McIntyre put up the best numbers in passing as Triad bested Aaron Cook's team.
Aeryton ERWIN was the best running back in the league this week. In 23 carries, he ran for 164 yards as Mechanicsburg defeated the Spartans. Kaleb ROMERO also contributed to the rushing game with 116 yards on the ground.
McIntyre was the best receiver in Ohio Heritage this week as the Cardinals defeated Pleasant.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Triad's McIntyre and McIntyre have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-11 quarterback McIntyre has thrown for 662 yards this season, while McIntyre has 14 catches for 278 yards. ERWIN from Kurt Forrest's team leads the league in rushing with 271 yards.
Cedarville moved up to 496 from 578 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Indians climbed the ranks as a result of defeating Cincinnati Christian 40-19.
