Harvard Ellis Tech is 7-1 against Vinal RVT since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. Harvard Ellis Tech got a massive performance out of Haylee Butler, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Cardyn Feen was another key player, getting on base in four of her five plate appearances with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.

Harvard Ellis Tech always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .636. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

While Vinal RVT didn't have the best season last year (they finished 7-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. Everything went their way against Wright Tech on Thursday as they made off with a 16-4 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Hawks sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Vinal RVT pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.0 runs over those games. As for Harvard Ellis Tech, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Harvard Ellis Tech took their win against Vinal RVT when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 18-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
