South Coffeyville will challenge Olive on the road at 7:30 PM on Friday. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
After a dominant win in their contest last Monday, South Coffeyville were humbled last Friday. They took a serious blow against Bluejacket, falling 6-58. South Coffeyville were down by 6-58 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 8-56, which was the final score in Olive's tilt against Covington-Douglas. Olive were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-34.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a defeat, both will be hungry for the victory. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
