The Trinity Bulldogs won the last time they faced the Jordan-Matthews Jets, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Trinity had just enough and edged Jordan-Matthews out 56-53.
Dominic Payne continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it five consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Trinity's points. Another player making a difference was Evan Stepp, who scored 11 points.
Trinity now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Jordan-Matthews, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
Trinity and Oak Grove will face off at 7:30 p.m. on December 1st without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully Oak Grove focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Wednesday. As for Jordan-Matthews, they will head out on the road to face off against Cummings at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
